Purpose: log every trade with entry, exit, hold time, and whether the exit followed a pre-committed rule or was an emotional override. See Trading Psychology for the disposition-effect framework this journal is designed to surface. General information, not financial advice.

Observations (Claude's Review)
Behavioral notes added periodically as the log grows. Not present-tense trade advice — a retrospective read on patterns once there's enough data to see one.
- Still too early for a real pattern read (n=3). Two pre-journal trades (untagged) plus one live-journaled override. Not enough to claim a trend yet, but the override trade is worth naming honestly: it happened during a genuine external failure (the alert pipeline was feeding stale data mid-selloff), not a lapse in discipline. A reactive trade taken because the tool that should have given advance warning didn't fire is a different problem than a reactive trade taken despite good information being available. Worth distinguishing those two going forward — the override tag alone won't tell them apart, so future override entries should note *why* no plan was followed, not just that one wasn't.
